Getting your address right

Please provide your full address along with your contact details so our driver can reach you without delay.

If you’re sending a gift to someone else, please include their phone number as well as your own.

Receiving your order

Please check that the product is in proper condition when you receive it. Once the courier leaves, no returns will be accepted.

Substitution policy

Our photos for both cakes and flowers may represent an overall theme or look, and may include a one-of-a-kind arrangement that cannot be exactly replicated.

Occasionally, substitution of flowers and/or containers happens due to weather, seasonality and market conditions affecting availability. When that happens we preserve the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement, and substitute only items of equal or higher value.
