Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel your order?

  • Your payment will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee, only if noticed is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Cancelation received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value because flowers and cakes are alterable products.
  • We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and with our courier for delivery.
  • Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept any product returns and product exchanges.

Return & Refund:

We will refund fully or partially if:

  1. The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  2. The product is defective.
  3. The product was damaged in shipping.
  • Please make sure the product is in proper condition when you receive it. Once the currier leaves, no returns will be accepted.
  • We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, we may give replacement or gift voucher as a solution.
  • In pick up case we are not responsible for any kind of damage. (All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop).
  • Refunds requested for the following reasons will not be accepted (style, colors, shade, decoration, design, size, taste).

 

“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
